While taking a practice test, although the right number of answers are selected it doesn't allow me to passs to the next question.

This may be because your computer is caching (storing) the test pages. If you have revisited a question that you have previously answered it may store partial details of that question page on your computer and then cause the issue described above.

To rectify this problem try the following;

If using Internet Explorer go to Tools / Internet options - it should open displaying the 'general' tab, go to Temporary Internet Files and click the 'Settings' button, this will provide options to check for newer versions of the stored pages. select the first option (IE6) 'Every visit to the page'.

Click the 'Delete' button to remove the stored pages from your computer.

If using Firefox go to Tools / Options / Privacy / Cache and click the 'Clear' button to remove stored page content.
